Very cute storefront with some seating available to enjoy your drink and a claw game machine! There was no line when I went so the service was very quick. I chose the milk tea which was on the sweet side but otherwise enjoyable. I look forward to trying out some of their fruit drinks next time!Food: 4/5

I don't say this lightly, but this is the best bubble tea place in Richmond Hill. Why, you ask? In terms of variety, atmosphere, service and value it is unparalleled. It has been around for three years and so I'm shocked I'm only finding out about it now. It is just beside Vava. I ordered their coffee tea with jelly and tapioca $4.99 for now, four macarons $15 or $3.99 each and was blown away. The coffee was delicious and perfect to my taste as I could control the sugar and ice. I loved their macarons. They are not your traditional macarons, but are large and absolutely delicious. There's a little surprise in their filling, which made me feel like they kept getting better as I ate them. They are individually wrapped and gorgeous to look at. This place also offers mousse cakes for $7 something and has tonnes of seating. I feel like this is the perfect spot to hang out with friends or for a date. The staff were friendly, helpful and made the experience great. I would highly recommend this place for bubble tea, macarons, mousse cakes and a girlfriend or date hang out. Vegetarian options: I think everything is vegetarian. Parking: There is a free parking lot in front.

I ordered the mango volcano and really enjoyed it. Placed the order through ritual and it was ready when I got there for pick up. Friendly staff and the place is really nice inside.

My favorite tea shop! Love their NEWS especially the GRAPE TRUPIOCA SLUSH with MOZZA FOAM , the real grape flesh is very fresh!

one star is for the drink, which is average. But the customer service is poor. Greetings is rare in the bubble tea industry which I can understand. But when you obviously have no clue what to order as 1st customer, the cashier just standing there with a poker face, mo intention to offer any advise not even a common standard basic courtesy. No going back for sure.

Honestly bubble tea was alright. Nothing wrong with but a little over priced. Customer service though was pretty terrible. I'm not expecting first class fine dining but the people felt hostile. It was our first time there and when we asked questions and looked at recommendations or alternatives, they responded coldly. After getting our drink and not enjoying it, we were then informed of another drink that better matched our criteria. We left feeling blamed for our lack of knowledge. Basically if you already know what you're getting and you're desperate for immediate bubble tea, you could do worse

Poor customer service experience: ordered a double roasted MT with 30% sugar because 0% sugar is not a store option, then I get blamed by the barista for agreeing to 30% sugar when I should've ordered a Tru MT which has 0% sugar option. I wish I was told about 0% sugar in Tru MT so I can order that instead. Instead, the barista made me feel stupid for being a 3rd time customer 1st time today over the last 3-4 years. An apology of some capacity would have made me feel better. Instead, I'm left feeling responsible for not knowing the store menu options.

Online it says store opens at 12. Staff didn’t show up until 1215. I went into the store at 1225 and he refused to make me a drink because he was running late because of minor snow. Very disappointed as I drove 45 minutes just to get this bubble tea. Told me he could not make a drink for another hour

Tried this new bubble tea place that boasts quality in every drink. We got the double roasted milk tea and the dragonfruit lychee, both with their signature trupioca. The double roasted milk tea didn't taste any different from normal toasted milk teas from the other chains. I liked the lychee pieces inside the drink though I highly suspect it's canned lychee but I really didn't like how you can't fully customize the sugar level in the drink. And their own tapioca trupioca is so hard and flavourless. I did not enjoy it at all and would not recommend it. I'm not sure if it was cooked properly, considering how hard it was? I wouldn't come back, especially since I can get 0 sugar at other bubble tea chains and I was disappointed that the double roasted milk tea didn't taste any different marketing ploy?.
