Palgong Tea

Lovely and friendly staff, great selection of drinks and they all tasted so good. A little hidden gem in the condo complex. Recently enter their giveaway and won a $150 gift card. So happy and will be having lots of palgong tea this summer!!

Before today, I had never heard of this bubble tea shop, nor did I realize they have multiple locations! Turns out that this is their grand opening weekend and I was definitely impressed. Although I didn't get their bogo offer, I did order a mango black tea w/ passion fruit jelly, and a lemon jasmine tea w/ pineapple jelly. I was surprised by my ability to customize which tea to use for each drink as well as the large variety of toppings to choose from. When I tried it, the tea itself stood out and had a surprising amount of depth of flavour to it. It was also pleasant to realize that they gave chunks of mango in the tea and I was able to clearly taste both the quality of the tea and the fruit. The toppings were also deliciously made but my one small criticism is that I wish I got more of them. Considering the high quality of the drink itself, it's worth noting that it was at a very reasonable price compared to other bubble tea places ~$6 for the large with the topping. All in all, I'd definitely want to come back and try more drinks and customizations.

First time at Palgong, place was small but clean. Asked the staff for her recommendation and she said Hojicha milk tea something to that affect tasted terrible almost like fish… never again. My kids did like the Jakemans maple milk tea, a bit on the sweeter side. My daughter didn’t like the strawberry cheese cake. Going to stick with tiger sugar

I wish I could visit the one on Yonge and Finch. They didn’t have tapioca when I visited at 1pm… went there to get bubble tea but no bubble lol kiddos got some smoothie but it tasted nothing…. We threw them away.. I think I got the bogo deal but the promo was not applied. So sad….

Today, I went to Palgong Tea on 372 Highway 7 in the city of Richmond Hill. I’ve heard a lot of great things about this place, so I decided to try it out. Palgong tea is known as a Korean bubble tea store business focused on perfect tea brewing conditions. Firstly, I got the Mango tea in large portions which consists of Earl Grey tea, 50% ice, 75% sweet lychee jelly, passion fruit Jelly, pineapple jelly, and mango jelly. This drink was the perfect amount of sweetness, and if you love mango you won’t stop drinking this! Secondly, I got the Passion Fruit Ade which has lychee jelly, pineapple jelly, and carbonated passion fruit crush ~ this drink is sweet and delicious. Did you know that ‘Palgong’ means ‘80’ in Korean, the ideal celsius temperature for tea brewing? Palgong Tea’s philosophy is to ‘create the perfect environment to warm and nurture one’s life’, just like what they do with the tea blends is reflected in the ‘ideal brewing temperature’. Our group ordered the Taro Milk Tea, Strawberry Earl Grey, Peach Green Tea and Lychee Ade. Everyone's drinks were very disappointing, odd tasting. The Taro milk tea was very powdery, the peach green tea tasted more like plum, the lychee ade tastes vile I'm sorry for the language. Will not return or recommend to anyone.

I ordered two chocolate milk teas through Uber Eats, but they came it wrong also the taste bad. There were no ice, no tapioca pearls even we selected to have them. Also the taste of chocolate is kinda watery. It's like they add chocolate with the water. I wasted my money. I am so disappointed and I would never order from here again.

I like that Palgong Tea offers choice of your tea base: Oolong, green tea, earl tea and black tea. Very reasonable price and will visit often
