The drinks were really good. I ordered an unsweetened iced lemon green tea and the staff gave me a lot of thoughtful advice. Since the lemon was very sour and the green tea was a bit bitter, they suggested that the fruit tea should have at least 50% sugar. Honestly, after following their advice, my drink was perfect. Can't imagine what would happen if I didn't add sugar.
The bubble tea and boba is decent with a wide selection to choose from. Stick to take-out here. The store itself is not suitable for dining in. There is only 1 small table in the facility and because it is a small unit with 2 full glass walls it is very very cold in the winter. Also they serve the warm drinks in the same plastic cups they use for cold drinks.
I got a giant hand crushed strawberry tea with tapioca. I didn't enjoy the flavors too much since they added lemon in it when I was only expecting strawberry. The price was steep for an XL costing over $10. The cup is long and thin but doesn't hold that much so o suggest you stick to a large. Overall i would be interested to try other flavors.
Some communication problems with the cashier. Had to repeat my order several times before they clearly understood. Nonetheless, the quality and taste of the drink practically made me forget it in seconds. Many bubble tea places can be inconsistent with drinks, but I feel like Royaltea always provides me with good service. : The atmosphere is nice and also a great place to take photos!!
Was craving a bubble tea and was in the area, so finally decided to try out Royaltea! I ordered their Brulee Bobo and I really enjoyed it! The tapioca was very soft and chewy, yet sweet. I'm not normally the type of person who likes tapioca for toppings pudding or grass jelly forever, but I would definitely get this again!
The staff were very friendly, patiently giving me many recommendations and telling me that fruit tea with half or minimum sugar will be weak taste and sour. The Bear Cups are super cute!
The drinks are fine to be honest, but I think the staff are not ready to work and serve people/ are exhausted at the end of the day. I ordered 5 bubble teas for my family in Uber and was going to have a self-pick up. I showed my Uber APP order to the staff and she kept asking me to give her order number and telling me to scroll down to find the number. However, order numbers in Uber are only for delivery drivers, but not for self-pick up customers. Another staff asked the staff quietly in their language if those 5 bubble teas on the table belonged to my order and the staff said "Yes". They probably thought I didn't understand their languages; I answered them I didn't have the number in their language too. But they were still hesitant about giving me those 5 drinks. I couldn't even imagine how long it'd have taken if I were a delivery driver. The drinks were nice and my family loved it. Will re-visit again but would love to see some improvement in customer experience and accomodate both delivery drivers and self-pick up customers in a nicer manner.
Dropped by on a Thursday night and was not disappointed. A great range of teas, slushes, and etc. This location just opened up and the interior is so cute!! The two employees were so great and had wonderful customer service. We ordered the passion fruit slush with jelly and the cream brulee bobo, both were yummy but the passionfruit was definitely the star. So refreshing and tasted so fresh. Will definitely be coming back!
You call this less ice? I had this much ice left after finishing the large fruit tea at a reasonable pace. Are you gonna put in more ice than starbucks had i not asked for less ice? I wanted no ice i was told it has to be less ice and all this ice is unnecessary. Too much ice makes the drink more diluted and ruins the tea. I think there is something wrong how the menu is designed and i really this gets addressed by the company.
The milk tea is really really greatttt, awesomesooo cuteeeFood: 5/5
