This place recently opened up and we are so impressed. Absolutely love each of the bubble teas we have tried so far and have yet to try the desserts options! The place is decorated very nicely and the staff are very friendly. Definitely leave a tip when you go because they have the cutest tip jar in the world!!
Another great bubble tea spot that just opened in Richmond Hill! There’s a few parking spots behind the condo. You must try croffles, they were absolutely delightful! Will come again to try more things on the menu. Hopefully, the ice cream will be available then!

This is the prettiest and cleanest Gong Cha I’ve ever been. I love that the teas come out with biodegradable straws. The parking is available at the rear of the building.
the interior design is fancy as hell! i love it. staff were very friendly and hospitable, the only problem is that the exterior blocks off two much or lack decoration to attract more customers. i'd totally bring my friends here if i lived nearby though because i'm the kinda guy who are attracted to uncrowded places. Dietary restrictions: do not come here if you're allergic to milk lol, 99% of their menu has dairy in it.
Awesome, pretty drinks!! Yummy bubble waffle!! Beautiful space to chill, comfy seats. Very clean. Friendly service, free parking at rear. Luv the biodegradable straws. Thanks to this family-owned business for a new super nice place to hang out : Will definitely be back!!!!
Pretty good milk tea. Serious recommendations to the owner: The shop needs more light on the exterior. From far away you don't know if the shop is open since it's dark. The shop logo is also very dim. The posters are also blocking views of the nice interior, which makes the shop less attractive! Try to find a better way to display your posters and not block the view, from both outside and inside.

Love the cute vibe from this new store! We enjoy Gong Cha drinks and the ambiance from this store just added a layer to the good feel vibe while enjoying your drink. Appreciated the cleanliness and friendly staff from this store - must check it out !
Absolutely love this place! We’ve been visiting it since it opened, sometimes a few times a week because of how good it is tea and staff wise and how convenient it is as well there’s parking in the back, but it’s a short walk from us. We often order on Uber Eats and it’s already ready by the time we pick it up! The staff is amazing — friendly, efficient, kind, and always a pleasure to see. I think they’re a really great example of an amazing team, exemplary owners, and a really consistent product. It always tastes the same regardless of time or day, and you can see why there’s often a bit of a line on weekends too. I’d put their hot pearl tea up there with Kung Fu Tea, and their cold pearl tea with The Alley. Both are excellent and tied for my favourites : As a bonus, their straws don’t disintegrate but are still really eco-friendly. Would definitely recommend!
