A tiny comfortable bubble tea place in one of the corner of the Time Square. it is a great place to just sit and relax for a chat with your friends. There is quite a lot of choices on the menu and their Specialties seems to be fruit tea. Their stuff is very nice and Even that my friend and I was staying over the operation hours they did not kick us out
decent place. Not the best, but also not the worst. Had the taro milk with mochi. The taro was blended well, but there were still some big chunks that didn’t make it through the straw. For the people who love that, this is your place. I do like mine more of a paste consistency. What I did love about this place is the amount of unique drinks they have! the aesthetic of the place is also very eye catching and I would love to come back in the summer to try out some of the other drinks that might be better suited for warm weather! They also have some pretty interesting snacks that I would definitely want to try on my next visit! Follow me on IG @thirst_and_taste for the best pics on my food travels and more amazing content!
Really great drinks! Got the Matcha mochi w/ whipped cream and the Taro milk tea w/ Taro Mochi. Both drinks were perfectly made. The shop itself had a great vibe, and amazing service. Would totally come back! Note: The taro milk tea was made with real taro
Great tea! We had the OG pearl black milk tea and peach oolong crema. The quality of the tea is really great and the additions of the salty crema elevated the drink even more! Definitely recommend this place and the crema!
It's an alright place, I've know about this place for some time and took the time to hang out here with friends a few times especially when stuff started opening up in the city. The issue is that the drinks here are so-so. And because of that, it means that it's not great, given the high quality of bubble tea in Toronto now. Not to mention that the varieties here are so-so. The seats ARE quite comfortable to hang out with, as long as you don't mind so-so drinks, which is below par compared to most other GTA boba places.
I ordered the Taro Milk drink with Taro paste and mochi. It’s the worst drink I ever had. It’s literally a glass of milk with some taro paste at the bottom. It supposed to come with Taro mochi but it’s not there. It tasted horrible and the taro taste a bit sour! I asked for 50% sugar but he told me that it doesn’t come with sugar because the Taro has flavour. But it turns out the taro tasted blend and a bit sour. I had to toss it and wasted the money. never going back again!
I'm always on the hunt for cute bubble tea shops to try out + Legend Tea had been on my list for a while, mainly because of its proximity to where I live + it's cute Loch Ness monster logo drawing me in! It's a corner shop located on the Times Square Plaza. I stepped into the store around 1:30 pm + the store was empty besides the sole employee working. The decor of this place is very minimal but has a cute + comfy vibe to it. I ordered a large Matcha Ice Cream which ended up being $6.75, tax included. I was actually surprised when I tasted this drink to find that it included red bean! Personally, I'm not be biggest fan of red bean but this one tasted okay. The only thing was that because they soak their red bean in sugar, my overall drink was too sweet despite ordering it at 70%. Other than that, the flavor was tasty! The staff member was a very quiet + soft spoken. Service was kind of slow considering I was the only customer but I do appreciate them taking the time to craft my drink. I'm intrigued to come back for this mochi, which I saw on their menu can be added to any drink! This seems like something that makes them unique + separates them from other bubble tea shops. I called ahead of time to place my order. Service was fast and friendly! I strongly recommend their Grapefruit tea if you are a grapefruit lover! By the way, the chinese name of the grapefruit drink literally sounds like “i miss you” in English.
I ordered a drink and tuna/crab sandwich. It was absolutely delicious and the young gentleman who made it for me took my order even though I was at the end of his time at the restaurant. 10/10 for service, care and a delicious meal and tasty drink.
Love this place! The drink is always refreshing. My go-to for bubble tea
