Trilogy Physiotherapy

I came to Trilogy with a shoulder injury that had been bothering me for over a month. I had a great experience with my Physiotherapist Eric who helped me immensely through the recovery process. In just one month, my range of movement has drastically improved and I am now virtually pain free. I was set up with some great conditioning exercises to ensure my shoulder gets back to 100% and best of all, I am now able to get back to lifting weights and being active again. Overall, the therapy and staff at Trilogy was amazing and I highly recommend Eric and the clinic!

This wasn't the first time that I had been to Trilogy Physiotherapy and I was even more impressed this time around. Jason was incredibly familiar with the injury I had. Not only did I come out if it pain free but I was amazed how quickly I got back to my daily routine and my sporting activities - an injury that I truly expected would take many many months to remedy. Jason is very confident in his work and kept me positive throughout the ordeal which allowed me to keep doing my homework. Trilogy Physiotherapy has been instrumental in my recovery from a shoulder injury. In only a few weeks Jason Has improved my mobility and seriously reduced the pain. They are both professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

I have been seeing Jason for over 6 years now for various hockey/sports related injuries. He has helped me rehab incredibly from major knee surgeries, fractured bones and strained tendons. Jason was able to push my body through different techniques, strength conditioning exercises, workouts and even acupuncture. Today, my body feels great and it's fantastic to be able to have the confidence back. I would recommend Trilogy to anyone who is looking for an elite sports rehab/physiotherapist (Jason) , as well as to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and experienced clinic - which now has a convenient location in the west end of Toronto.

The folks at Trilogy on Adelaide are so welcoming and I felt in very good hands there. The therapy was second-to-none and I would highly recommend!
