[mend]physio was created through the vision of two active physiotherapists who care deeply about health and well being. After training under some of the finest physiotherapists, in several top-tier clinics in Canada and the US, Nicole and Candice were inspired to create a new space where Torontonians can heal, learn, and move their bodies. With individualized assessments, private therapy rooms, one-on-one treatment sessions, and a full service gym space, we will be your partners as you restore + refine.

mend physio is the BEST! Candice is hands down the best person to have in my corner to rehab my knee after ACL surgery. As a fellow athlete, she has the intuition and knowledge to balance to push me just beyond my comfort zone overcoming my mental block. Because of her, I'm able to do a lot more than I thought I could 4 weeks after surgery. Compared to other places, the physiotherapists spend the full time with you personalizing your treatment and making sure you do the exercises correctly, which is a big difference vs. other clinics I've been to. The space is a welcoming with super friendly staff and clients! Jenna is awesome too - she's super helpful and is just as encouraging as the physiotherapists. I can't say enough good things about mend and for anyone who doesn't live in the east end, it's worth the drive to see Candice and the mend team.

The best therapy clinic in Toronto, hands-down! (it's been my go-to clinic for a couple of years now and I've been helped by almost everyone on the team at one point or another :) ). Top clinical service and outstanding customer service. Can't recommend them enough!

This place is awesome, I played volleyball for many years and I know the type of injuries these people are responsible for repairing and preventing. I've heard so many great things from professional and Team Canada athletes who come here. Not only that but the staff are incredible, kind and experts in their field!

Amazing physio. I had a rotator cuff injury I've been living​ with for about 8 months that had developed into pins and needles frequently in my right arm. I saw Candice and literally one visit for assessment, treatment and a few recommendations for exercises and the pins and needles subsided to almost nothing. Two more sessions and I'm pretty much back to being able to do everything again and no more sessions planned. Great from the outset that there was no predictions like "you'll need 10 sessions". Candice really kept the treatment to what was necessary. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!!

Absolute best. Everything they do is functionally-based, logical, and effective. They also take a lot of time to explain what they're doing and how it will help so you can progress on your own based on what they've taught you. Highly recom[mend] (pun intended).
