I had a great experience at MCI Physiotherapy. I had a problem with my foot for a while that has been affecting my everyday walking. The staff at MCI Physiotherapy is very knowledgeable and friendly. Sakshi is super professional and helped me during all my sessions there, always available to answer any questions I had, making sure I was comfortable during the treatments. I saw results in just a few sessions: the pain is gone, and I can enjoy walking and working out. Thank you, Sakshi and the team at MCI Physiotherapy.

This clinic has been my go to for physio for years. While the staff has changed over time, the standard of care and service has remained high.  Dr. Kamilah Lokhandwala was thorough and patient in resolving my knee injury. Khar was friendly and efficient at the desk. Nice that they have the email confirmations working. Overall another positive experience.

Huge thank you to Khar receptionist and Carson physiotherapist for giving me such a great experience here. They both showed so much professionalism and kindness. Carson helped me recover from my back injury. He was patient, understanding and flexible. He modified my plan to ensure I could incorporate it into my current lifestyle, which I really appreciated! He was also so supportive throughout the entire process and it’s thanks to him that I finally recovered from my injury. Thank you to Khar for booking my appointments and handling all the paperwork I needed filled. Her compassion and positivity helped me get through my injury!

Excellent service, highly recommend. Therapist Ratan is very knowledgeable in her field and explained the therapy in great detail.

Thanks to Victoria DiSabatino! I had sprained my ankle badly for the first time ever, she helped me get back in action in no time with her amazing exercise techniques. Other than being an amazing professional, she constantly motivated me for things I wouldnt do otherwise. Highly recommended for those in need.

I have been going to MCI Physiotherapy Clinic at the RBC Building at Front & Bay Streets, Toronto, for quite sometime and I have nothing but thanks, compliments, and praises for the wonderful service and attention I regularly receive starting from the Reception Desk with Karr and how she carefully and efficiently handles my ongoing and future appointments.  But most importantly, I am very thankful and appreciative of Carson Wong, my Physio Therapist who I regularly see for treatment at that branch.  He has done such a wonderful, and an effective plan to treat and rehabilitate me from what has been ailing me as a result of a car accident I had several months ago with some continuing issues to date.  Carson has always interacted and dealt with me with total care, patience, respect, and diligence with his very helpful attitude, knowledge, expertise, and friendly personality and demeanour.  Please extend my ongoing sincere thanks and appreciation to Carson Wong for his continuing therapeutic treatment to me and for a job well done! More power to MCI PHYSIOTHERAPY at the RBC Building! Very good experience with two physical therapists Kamilah and Harshit. Both very dedicated and patient to understand and provide the best service. Thank you so much for everything!

After years of pain in my shoulder and visits to many different physiotherapists with no luck, Carson was the only one able to help me out and get me back into playing volleyball quickly. Highly recommend Carson and mci physio. Great and friendly staff!

Thanks to the staff at MCI Physiotherapy RBP for their treatment of my hips and knees, I now have more mobility and strength . Because they were very knowledgeable and helpful in treating me with care and compassion, I feel they deserve a five star rating.

I suffered for 3-4months of pain that it indeed affected my work and everyday life coz of Tennis Elbow. I feel like my dominant arm was paralyzed as I can’t grab anything, my grip was too weak. As a mother of 3 little kids, it’s so frustrating that my household work has been limited and have to tolerate the pain while carrying or breastfeeding my baby. Until I went to see Raymond Physiotherapist  here at MCI and did the Physio 2x a week. I started to feel that my arm/ elbow is getting better or stronger every after each visit. It was just like a magic, I am back now to my normal life. Thanks to this great team!
