Rebalance Sports Medicine Physiotherapy

I was very happy with the excellent service at this clinic! The physiotherapy treatment I got from Lise was very effective, professional and friendly. I'm really glad I found this clinic to ease my back and neck pain I've experienced from a recent injury!

After months of upper back pain and only being able to sleep for 2 hours a night, I switched to Rebalance Sports to try another clinic. I’m glad I did and Heather Imrie was amazing. In a very short time, I was able to get back to a full night sleep with no back, neck or shoulder pain. Heather also spent time with me to help focus on my breathing, sleeping and standing posture to strength my core for ongoing life improvements. Thank you Heather.

I don't get all the hype over this clinic. It's over crowded and overbooked. Just people constantly being rushed in and out. I came here to get physio on my snapping hip that was causing some back and hip issues. I was treated by Bonnie. I felt rushed and she did not find the root cause of my issue. She showed me how to do a couple basic exercises (which didn't help) and put an acupuncture needle in while she tended to someone else. She did not seem interested in taking the time to diagnose me properly. I went there 3 times and did not return because I was not getting any results.

I saw Heather Imrie and she was amazing. My achillies were injured for months before I went to Rebalance. I tried other physio places and the treatments were not working. At rebalance, after 4 or 5 dry needling treatments I was completely pain free and able to play basketball and workout with no worry. If it wasn't for my excessive activity after the first 3 dry needling session I am conviced my achillies would have been completely pain free after 1 or 2 treatments. Highly recommended.

I receive IMS (Intramuscular stimulation) therapy with Suzie and it is the best treatment. I leave my sessions with my muscles feeling like jello and so relaxed, it is the only treatment that works for me. If you haven't tried it, I would highly recommend the treatment and Suzie. She is very professional and personal in her practice.
