Steer clear, the white older man with long hair that often wears blue nursing scrubs is angry at the world. Comes out of the clinic to police everyone/everything around the building. Clearly not busy working his job wants to be a bylaw & police officer.

I am very happy with my physiotherapy and massage services at Bloor West Physiotherapy. I would highly recommend Bloor West Physiotherapy to all my friends and family. In addition, its also in a good location just a few minutes walking distance from Jane Subway Station. All the staff members have an great interest and concern to get you better. They listen to your concerns, provide the best professional services to do their best to help you recover. They also give you specific exercise techniques to help you get you better and printouts so you can do the required exercises at home. All the staff are very caring, professionally trained and are genuinely very concerned in getting you well to recovery.

I have been a patient of Bloor West Physiotherapy since 2016. Having gone through two invasive cervical spine surgeries, it was very important for me to select a clinic that provided the highest level of medical care, education and therapy to allow me to get back to a level of normal. From the the first assessment until today, I have full trust in the staff and they have treated me like a family member. Jake Head, head physiotherapist, has been nothing shy of fantastic, being thorough, professional in treating my condition and helping me build the confidence to get back onto my feet. He has answered all my questions, developed strengthening and rehabilitative exercises to build reassurance and strength. I've been to three other clinics and have found my experience at Bloor West Physiotherapy to be above and beyond. To all the staff, thank you for your support , professionalism and helping me through this period.

Scam artists who will have you in and out as fast as possible. Maybe 1/4 specialists know what they’re doing, but the staff in the gym couldn’t care less. If you don’t mind burning through your insurance or have a ton of expendable income and want a tiny modicum of help, sure. That’s what’s kept them in business.

Not once did they help me with my knee pain. They are scammers and they used some useless shock pads, which did nothing. I can’t believe I wasted weeks on this garbage place. No one knows what they are doing. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here, look for a different physiotherapists and with good reviews.

BEWARE OF THE SURPRISES THEY MAYBE SAVING FOR YOU !! The services was great and the employees are super friendly BUT they save a surprise for you to the end. My daughter was going for 3 months stopped going in March. When she was done with her treatment, they then advise me that I owed them money as my insurance only pays X amount. I understand that I may have had to pay extra and would have been willing to pay as we went along, instead of getting drop with a bill for treatment in May for services that were preformed 4 months prior. When I asked the person on the phone why it was handled like this, her only answer was I don't know that is how it is? Really !!

I don't know where I would be today without this clinic's incredible care and expertise! I was in a very bad accident and spent over 3 months in the hospital, and 2 weeks in a coma. In addition to a brain injury I also suffered many broken bones. Both my surgeon and family doctor recommended this clinic as they have the experience and expertise to deal with all my serious injuries, and a lengthy complicated recovery. I have come so far thanks to the entire of team of therapists that continually go above and beyond to help me recover. It has been an incredibly difficult and stressful year but this clinic has been a shining light for me in so many ways. The new facility is amazing! Thank you so much to Jake, Evelyn, Pearse, and the entire team at Bloor West Physiotherapy for everything you have done ! I still have a long way to go but I know I will get there :.

Contemporary facility with very caring and good natured staff. At all of my appointments the physios and therapists leave no stone un-turned with their professionalism and attention to patients. I would highly recommend Bloor West Physiotherapy to family and friends.

Wish I could give - stars. Avoid this place. Extremely negative experience. It’s already hard enough to deal with an accident and insurance companies as it is; but this place is a mess. They only focus on signing you in and taking your money and benefits. Girl at the desk kept messing up not only my paperwork, but also billing and amounts for my girlfriend as well. Not to mention how rude she is. Owners seem nice but don’t really care. They also treat employees like garbage in front of the patients. No wonder they’re so miserable. I attended this clinic for months and eventually realized I had to move. On some occasions there was no heating, others no AC, sometimes not even electricity!!! This is crucial when you’re suffering a physical illness. Couple of times the employees were fighting a flock of pigeons that live in the ceiling. Another time, to my surprise, they also found a family of raccoons living inside the walls and ceiling which took all the employees fighting then with brooms to get them out. No expert, but I’m sure that’s gotta be some type of health or safety violation. No one supervises your therapy. You’re just given pictures and told to go do them on your own at the back. I was given massage, chiropractor and physiotherapist by my insurance. This place promised to provide these services. Once I began attending, the actually denied me chiropractic and massage up till the day I switched. However, they had no problem billing my insurance. They gave me a Don Joy faulty knee brace witch costs around $2000 or $3000. It was fixed like 2 or 3 times due to manufacturing defects. On one occasion the straps literally fell off less than an hour after it was given back to me, after a repair that took them over a month. I was told the brace had lifetime warranty on materials and manufacturing. Right now, it’s been over three months of me, not being able to do my physiotherapy properly or even walk since the knee brace broke, yet again, and the clinic is not even answering my calls or emails. It’s denying me any refund, repair or as much as the decency for a response. Do your homework. Don’t make the same mistake I made. Research them before you attend here. If you’re already attending, talk to the employees at the back... Pearse and Jake will promise you all sorts of treatment and help, once they have your money tho, they leave you behind and pretend they never met you.
