Had a Len's trial with Winnie. I had left my bike lock since I was rushing to make my appt before returning back to work. My experience with trial optical was great! They were not only accommodating in letting me use their private driveway for my bike but also in making sure i got all the information in a time sensitive way. I will be ordering my first contact lens from them this week!

the store damaged my expensive frames due to the unprofessional skill and I was charged for the costs. They are not much cheaper at all. Quality of lens is low, the coating cracked easy. NEVER COME BACK and NOT RECOMMEND at all.

I have bought two pairs of glasses here and have always dealt with Ed the owner. He has a knack of helping you choose the best glasses that suit your face. Great selection of frames and competitive prices.

I had been a client at tri-optical for the last 5 yrs at least. Not anymore unfortunately. At the Somerset location, they took my prescription and told me they would call me back whenever my contacts come in. They never called only for me to find out that their location is temporarily closed. I called their T&T location, and told them exactly what had happened. Michael talked to me in the most aggressive rude manner. I told him I didn’t appreciate how he talked and I would probably take my business somewhere else. He hung up on me without any hesitation. When I called back and asked why he did that, he said “well you said you were taking your business somewhere else”. Definitely not going back.

Very fast and professional service. The staff, who are usually 2 at the counter and mostly Chinese are always present to offer any kind of help.
