Brutal. Worst, least professional experience buying glasses I’ve ever had. 19 days to get glasses that don’t work. They drew dots on my new glasses and made me look through the bottom rim to see if they’d work? Admittedly I’ve never worn progressives, but you should be able to notice 1.75 somewhere in the lens. They told me the lens was correct. But I cannot see out of them at all. Better without than with. Nothing like even close to regular reading glasses. I mean I should be able to see. That’s the goal. SO they told me I’d have to get rechecked and I didn’t have enough time to sign before they said we’ll just refund you. OH. Ok. Don’t fix the problem just say goodbye to 4 customers who will never be back. BRUTAL service. Could have had life long customers but feelings are more important. She had the refund locked and loaded. I was calm. Reasonable. Affable even. And I could tell she couldn’t wait to get rid of me. She did. Forever. Me, my wife and two kids. All ex customers.

I have been a client/ patient there ever since they opened. I purchase my contacts and glasses there. They have beautiful high end frames. I think what keeps me going back is their customer service I purchased frames that I have mangled more than once and they have fixed them in house, have sent them to be fixed under warranty and most recently while I waited! You won't find this service in big box stores !!

What a disappointing experience. Showed up today for my appointment part 2 of an eye exam because the Barrhaven location can't do it. Greeted by Kelsy the receptionist who asks me to wait outside. because she has a mom and daughter in side no issue Covid times. While waiting outside a father and son show up. The mother & daughter leave and to my surprise all 3 of us from outside are let in. Not only that but the people that showed up after me were taken before me. After my exam is complete I expect my claim to be put through my insurance like at the barrhaven location . Not today at this location for me it can't be done. I proceed to tell them that I don't appreciate being treated so rudely as a new patient. I was quickly let out and the receptionist said I was not rude to you its our covid policy. I said sure COVID is one thing it does not mean you treat people/patients rudely or different. Too bad for them we are new in town and I will not take any members of my family to EYEDOCS. I was going to call and complain to management but I figured I would let people know if you want to be treated nicely go somewhere else.

I’m so disappointed, I contacted the manager about my unsatisfied visit and asked her if it’s possible to have another appointment with another optometrist she replied that the same optometrist will contact me! When I replied that I just need to know if it is possible to see another one she totally ignored my question and didn’t answer back. Taking into consideration that it took her 2 days to answer my first email and it has been 4 days now and I didn’t have an answer to my question, I wish she showed some respect to save my kids time who is literally struggling to see,

A big thank you to Kelsey for helping me get new lenses for a favourite pair of sunglasses. She knew her stuff and got them ordered and installed within a week. Excellent service!

I cannot give less rating than this. This clinic is just a business. I visited this clinic today for a comprehensive eye check up and a prescription to order new lensnot at this store. When I asked for PD metric on prescription,She went to ask doctor and I can hear conversation of receptionist with doctor in unpleasant tone and he refuses to give it. she came back and said it is not included in "Comprehensive eye exam" and should do it myself as I am not taking lens from them. BTW glasses are way more expensive here. 480$ for a lenses and 300-400$ for frames. I should have visited store before I book appointment on phone. --------------Adding more comments after their response. I cannot post another comment here. So just adding my comments after the response from owner. OMG, I am surprised by your understanding of PD. Your PD remains same. It refers to the distance in millimeters between the center of one pupil to the center of the other. It doesn't change with the lenses. Adding comments without knowing shows the ignorance. Never visiting this place again. I will make sure I provide my review and experience in all the public forms.

My fiancée and I went here to pick out new glasses for her. She already had a recent prescription. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful, we had fun trying on half the frames in the store with both of the staff members out front. She ended up with a great pair of frames at a reasonable price, and they came in quickly and exactly as ordered.

So much better than expected. Staffs here are friendly and helpful, and Dr. Stolch is very knowledgable and patient. My experience with this place is excellent, there is definitely nothing to complain about the service.

They have always been wonderful with myself and my kids. They took their time with my 4 year old daughter who can be shy. When the doctor found a small cataract in my sons eye at 8 mths old he took the time to explain to me what it was and why I didn't need to worry and also told me not to google it lol. He made sure to point it out to me so that if I did happen to notice it at some point I wouldn't rush him back into a doctor.

Great experience with Dr Stolch. Very knowledgeable and took the time to walk my son through his retinal scan and explain the images. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
