I have been going here for a very, very long time, but after today, they lost a costumer. I was just looking for a new pair of glasses so my bf and I went here. The woman with the reddish short hair and glasses was so extremely rude and arrogant. I simply asked if there were any glasses on sale and she looked at me so annoyed, didn't say a word then I got a short no. She made me feel like I was beneath her. I asked her to print out my prescription, she huffed and puffed the whole time then even swore infront of us. I understand everyone has really bad days but don't take it out on your other customers.

Fast and friendly service! I had to have quick fix made to my prescription glasses. Once again, the folks at Capital Optical stepped up and quickly fixed them. Amazing service even after the sale and they didn't charge me anything. I'll be back for sure!

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff: 1st visit: I got a new titanium frame suggested for me really quickly great selection of frames and they have contact lenses too. Got my insurance registered in the system so I did not have to pay what is covered by insurance. They have a doctor coming regularly to do eye exams for prescription. You can also get parameters taken from your existing glasses. They called me back in a few days letting me know when my glasses were ready. My 2nd visit was quick too. Glasses are made very accurately: lenses work is very precise. Some adjustments on your new glasses can be done right away. Conveniently located, reasonable business hours, free parking. Busy during lunch time, I came 5-6 pm - did not wait.

Professional, friendly, clean. When I arrived I was promptly served. The process of getting an eye exam was a breeze and all my questions were knowledgeably answered. Looking for a pair of glasses that looked sharp was also pleasant and the options presented were exactly what I had in mind. A good experience overall! Thanks!

First time shopping here for glasses. I've never had glasses this comfortable. the two employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took a lot of time helping me find the perfect frames that fit my required lenses but more importantly my face. I was impressed I got a card with the glasses that confirms the lenses type, the prescription but also the actually bazaarvoice of the lense. The lenses are never 100% accurate to the prescription. Nice to know what the variance is. I have never been provided this any other ice been buying glasses for decades from other dealers. I think this is my new glasses provider going forward. Fantastic experience!

The lady who answered my call yesterday was not friendly and sounds arrogant. I was inquiring about an eyeglass repair!! You’re not the only optical shops here !!

Stopped in here a week before we went to Cuba. Got a great 2 for 1 deal on regular glasses and sunglasses for both my son and myself. Amazing service and lovely staff! Will recommend to everyone and will definitely be a returning customer. Thanks!

This location appears to play a supporting role to the Place D'Orleans location. I have been asked to drive out there a number of times, all without any reasonable progress on fixing my poor contact lens fitting. If you are looking for a dependable, and reliable Optometrist. I suggest looking elsewhere.

This was my first time here and I will definitely be a customer again in the future. Dr. Godoy was very knowledgeable and told me things I didn't even know about my eye sight. He was also very friendly! After my eye appointment I decided to look at glasses in the store. I only wear my current glasses while at work but my new prescription is something I will have to wear more often. So I really took a long time to decide which pair I wanted to buy. The lady that helped me was awesome and took her time trying to find a pair I would really like. I probably spent 20-30 mins contemplating which ones to get and finally decided on a Hugo Boss pair. Everyone there was super friendly and nice! I will definitely be back next time!
