2 years ago I went there ...my glasses I still cant wear too strong.. they really messed up I told them I was flaring up I suffer from fibromyalgia and yes my disease affects my eye sight ..they tried telling me it doesnt lol .....thanks alot for nothing
I had a pleasant experience all around! The staff was very friendly and helpful when choosing my new glasses and Dr Fauchon was great as well! Highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is in need of a new optometrist in the area!
My son and I have both been seen by Dr Fauchon. He is a great Dr and he was great with my son. I will be continuing to go to him for my eye care.
The eye exam was great. The service when looking to purchase new glasses was terrible. The girl serving me seemed so disinterested in selling me glasses, I was shocked. Her estimate was ridiculous and she seemed quite content that I was walking out of the store without making a purchase.
as soon as i stated i lost my wallet , and i am renewing my health card she stated 150 bucks . i am on odsp and they had ZERO compassion that i didn't have my health card , i just do not have the card at this time , it's good , Well f*$k them , i guess i will keep epoxying my glasses . less drama less bullshit Less stress Less games.
