Exceptional service - starting from the optometrist to the sales person assisting with selecting the glasses, and to the pick up day. They even gave a complementary lenses cleaner. My husband got his glasses from another place and they didn’t give any cleaner. He had to pay for it. I highly recommend this place!

I had an eye exam with Dr.Mikhail yesterday. I enjoyed the experience very much. I arrived anticipating a long wait time however, she was actually waiting for me in the exam room following the eye measurements. I was really pleased with how quick and efficient the entire process was. It was a really refreshing experience. Great Work!

I really liked Dr. Lau! She caught an issue with my eyes early and when I didn't hear back from the ophthalmologist she referred me to she sent a referral to another one right away. Very appreciative of that and while I don't like to have my eyes checked she made me feel comfortable during the exam.

As a long time patient in this clinic and specifically Dr.North, I am at loss for words of appreciation and respect to the entire team of admin that always call back, patient, kind and compassionate. My latest eye appointment was a couple of days ago with Dr. Mikhail at MVC, and she was great. I have been dealing with some recurrent episcleritis for the last couple of months, so I was anxious to find out what I could do to treat it. Dr. Mikhail was very patient and reassuring with my concerns, and never pushy about my treatment options. I also enjoyed her sense of humour - a nice change of pace from other approaches. Extra points need to be given for how well everything is run here too. My appointment was at 9:45, and I was out the door, after everything was finished, at 10:05.

I have been a patient at Merivale Vision Care and Wellington Vision Care for years. They have always provided me with excellent service and care. I recently had the IPL treatment for Dry Eye at the Merivale Clinic. My eyes felt so much better after the treatment especially, after my gland treatment. A special thanks to Kyle and Dr. Merwiak for their outstanding care.

Dr. Lau rocks. She is professional and takes the time to explain each procedure and the results of the exam while being relatable and down-to-earth. Unlike certain optometrists, not once did she open a sales pitch about buying glasses from their business, which was refreshing. Additionally, when I made it clear I would like to browse the selection of glasses, the optician went over and above to find suitable frames from the vague description I gave. Will definitely be returning here for exams and glasses.
