I've worn glasses for well over 25 years and this is by far the best eye glasses shop I have ever been in. If you are looking for white glove services when it comes to spectacles, this is it. Fantastic eye exam experience, fantastic shop experience, great customer service. I had my doubts - I've had Nikon SeeMax lenses for 10+ years but what they offer here, though not "name brand", is customized to me, and have top notch optical properties. This is now my go to spot. Worth the 60km drive
Dr. Jay and his staff have always been thorough, professional, and respectful. I have been impressed with the quality of service and ease of finding replacement parts, of which I have needed many. I'll be back soon for my second pair of new frames and third eye exam. Highly recommended!

My family and I have been patients and clients of Eyes in the Glebe for many years. We have always received exceptional, personalized care and professional, attentive service. We have greatly appreciated the time the optometrists invest in explaining eye exam results, answering our questions, and communicating around follow-ups. The service team out front are very knowledgeable, friendly and service-oriented, and they really spend a lot of time with you to help you find frames that are right for you and that YOU like. The frame selection is quite unique and i appreciate that they focus on independent, small-batch collections.I should also say that the online contact lens reordering process is super simple, with delivery right to our door. The whole team has always been very accommodating and helpful when we have had last-minute or unforeseen circumstances like the time i flushed my glasses down the toilet!. And everyone - optometrists and service team - is so, so, so amazing with our kids. They speak with them directly and really focus on them and their questions, not just us as parents. I really cant say enough about how awesome these people are. Truly exceptional care and service.
I checked a lot of reviews before selecting Eyes In The Glebe for my new glasses as there were so many happy customers with both the selection and service. I concur completely and couldn’t be happier with my frames, lenses and great fit. All those who I dealt with were exceptionally pleasant, helpful, and patient. The staff at Eyes in the Glebe are amazing! I moved to Barrhaven from the Glebe two years ago, and make the drive into the city just to remain a patient with them. Dr Mithani is so kind, competent, knowledgeable, and approachable. The staff at the front are wonderful as well. I always receive a response back from emails within the hour, and their phones are always answered. Their online appointment booking system is very convenient and efficient, and they mail my contact lenses directly to my door step to avoid a trip to the clinic to pick them up. The clinic itself is super clean and modern and everyone is just so friendly! I highly recommend the team at Eyes in the Glebe!
I have been wearing glasses full time for the last 10 years, and Eyes in the Glebe is hands down the best optometry office I have ever visited! I've been a customer here for close to two years, and have had nothing but amazing experiences! Not only are all of the staff extremely knowledgeable and professional, but are so friendly and accommodating and bring such a warm and calm feeling to the office. I always feel taken care of when I visit the store, and my emails/phone calls are always responded to with great urgency and care. The store also has a beautiful selection of quality frames, all of which are made from independent designers - I love that I can trust my purchases here are sustainable, and help support independent designers!! They are made with great craftsmanship as well - Investing in a pair of Masunga lenses is one of the best purchases I've ever made. I have been wearing them every day for over over a year, and they are still just as wonderful as the day I picked them up! EITG really do look out for their customers, and i recommend them to absolute everyone I can. Its so relieving to know they will be there to help me with my frames no matter what. Thank you EITG!! :D

His level of care, dedication, and attention for his patients is unmatched from any medical professional I've ever been to. It's no surprise that his remarkable kindness and work ethic is mirrored by the rest of the staff at Eyes in the Glebe. They make choosing the right frames a joy, give pertinent and appreciated feedback, and treat their customers with respect and patience. They are clearly passionate about providing a great experience, as well as deeply knowledgable of style and trends and help people make what is often an anxiety-inducing task of "picking a new face" into a fun and creative experience. Their products are top notch quality, and they are prompt, communicative, and extremely well organized. Honestly, from top to bottom, one of the best run businesses I've ever seen. I can't thank them enough for all they've done for me.
I was having some difficulty with my vision when I was visiting Ottawa. I approached Dr Mithani who checked my eyes, diagnosed my problem, and efficiently arranged a care plan with the surgeon. I was amazed at Dr Mithani's level of care, dedication and attention to detail in this process. After my surgery, Dr Mithani followed up with me and arranged for my appointments in Toronto with the specialist, close to my home, and really went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process for me. Dr Mithani genuinely wants the best for his patients. He is professional, thorough, and kind. I would highly recommend Dr Mithani and his clinic to anyone looking for high quality eye care services.
