Came by the store this morning and had a very awesome guy help me out today. I was trying to return my device and although Bell's system was being uncooperative, he helped me pack up my item and explained how to drop it off with my local post office. Can't say I'm always pleased with Bell as a company, but I was very impressed with this employee, and am sure the stores staff are all equally as helpful. Thank you!
If you have been Bell’s customer for awhile there is a good chance you already attempted quitting at least once or solving an issue with them or like me adding a new cellular device to their network that isn’t sold by Bell. You know the emotions behind these actions very well. This is where the role of a client-corporation contact specialist comes to play. The most important role of them all. Sadig Ahmed, the consultant at Bell store at Oakville Place is the only reason my Bell related issue got resolved and I’m still Bell’s customer today. It took him over an hour or more on the phone to get things right but he was persistent and very knowledgeable. He brought back, my long lost faith in Bell institution. As long as they hire talented and hard working people like Sadig we are fine. I’d rate him 6 stars if I could but for the time being I rate 5 stars for the store where he works. Thanks Ahmed.
I had a wonderful experience at this Bell store with an’in-training’ employee named Sadig. He went far above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me with all aspects of my Bell account. He was so very helpful and personable. He is the type of employee employers yearn for. Would highly recommend Sadig if you need assistance ! Thank you again Sadig. Keep up the great work.
Have avoided this location at all costs for years, only to visit on a whim last night. Mohib sorry about the spelling, if I am off was a pleasure to work with. In and out with my upgrade in no time, with nothing but positive feedback to share! Thank you, Mohib, for your excellent service.
I was running errands today which took me first to Mapleview Mall in Burlington then to Oakville Place. My wife suggests I visit Oakville Place's Bell store to see if they can assist me after hitting a stone wall at Bell's Mapleview's store. Fifteen minutes later my old phone is unlocked. Oakville Place Bell store employees were courteous, caring and knowledgable. Their professionalism is deserving of 5 STAR rating for their excellent customer service. This store has employees that care for Bell customers. While Mapleview's Bell store would not assist, blaming others for giving me wrong directions, Oakville's Bell store unlocked my phone without incident.
Kudos to Steve Steinmetz for doing such a fine job at Bell. I listened to him work with an older man in line in front of me and Steve was patient, friendly, focused on what the man was saying. The customer left with dignity intact..In a world where it is easier to be curt and even cold, Steve demonstrated kindness and understanding. He is also to be commended for being efficient in dealing with customers.
went into the bell store to have some of my questions answered and arman was the one to help me out. arman was very knowledgeable and made me feel like i was in the best hands. definitely an experience that will keep me coming back to bell for the foreseeable future! thanks arman :

Price promised $35/ month Billed $316 for the month? Customer service was un willing to look into it and threatened me with collections.
