My Dr. gave me great advice when she recommended Wes to help with a stress fracture of the second metatarsal of my foot. Always pleasant and positive, I appreciate that Wes listened to me when I said I hoped to return to running. I’m 73 years old. He set a program that appropriately challenged, then adjusted accordingly as I progressed while constantly monitored the healing of my foot. After 4-5 months I am off and running. I’ve had lots of physio over the years this experience was excellent! Big thanks!
I have to say that I am very much pleased with the whole experience for the last 6 months at Trailside. My therapiest, Wesley was able to assess all the issues I had accurately and followed through with the exercises that were right for me. I can honestly say that I've got better because of his professionalism and thoughtful guidance. I have already recommended him and this place to my family and friends who need physio, and I will be keep recommending in future.
I was recommended here to see Tri when I was diagnosed with a torn ACL. With continued treatment and support I was assured that surgery was no longer a requirement and that my knee was strong and I could continue all the activities I used to do. Tri is an extremely positive and supportive individual. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing physio therapist.
this place deserves more stars. all of the guys are great , care about patients and smart. I had bad migraine attack and I was treated by Wesley Wai and my migraine was gone . I shocked by great job that he did. also Tri Tran and also Christina smith they are great physical therapist. thank you
Trailside physiotherapists are very professional, respectful, caring and very good at what they do. They have helped me a lot with my injuries and getting back to normal life. Christina Smith, in particular, has found ways to rehab my injuries, especially my back; she has been a good friend to my back and has helped with my range of motion and pain reduction
Best physio I’ve ever been to. Knowledgeable and thoughtful about prescribing the appropriate exercises for your particular sport or lifestyle. Incredible rapport and deeply invested in your recovery goals. Would be quite difficult to find someone better
Can't say enough good things about Christina, Tri and all the support staff at Trailside Physio. They are knowledgeable, skilled, super friendly and caring. If you need any kind of help with movement, or rehab this is a great team.
Just finished 6 months of physio at Trailside for a torn ACL non-operative, conservative treatment. I'm extremely pleased with the care received by Wesley- in addition to being very knowledgeable and answering many questions, he was very friendly and kind.
I've been to many physios over the past 45+ years and Tri at Trailside is by far the best. In 5 months he helped me improve my range of motion after total knee replacement surgery from 112 to 143 degrees as well as significantly improved my leg strength. He is intelligently aggressive, very supportive, and takes pride in helping patients achieve results. Customized updated programs with videos etc. are shared via a portal for work at home. On top of that, the support staff are amazing and help run a busy practice super efficiently. HIGHLY recommended.
Wesley was amazing in getting my ACL back up to speed! He's super knowledgeable and knows how to adapt/progress based on individual needs. Was also very clear on progression plans and how to improve.
