I came to Kiarash with a knee injury nine months ago. Kia is very knowledgable, professional and personable. The exercises and therapy really helped with the healing process. Kia is so respectful of my appointment time, he is always happy and fun to be around. Kia has since helped in other areas of concern. I highly recommend Kia as the best physiotherapist I’ve ever been in the care of.

This is a good clinic where staff listen to you and try to schedule a appointment that fits your time frame. Henry is a incredible physiotherapist because he listens to each patient and respects your pain threshold. He explains what is going on at each session and will answer your questions regarding your rehabilitation.

My 12 year old son had a sports related injury. He was treated by Kiarash, who is very knowledgeable, personable and caring. He was thorough and clear with his instructions for what stretches and exercises he wanted my son to do between sessions. My son's injury was slow and stubborn to heal and Kia always put my son's health first with his recommendations, which I appreciated very much. My son's injuring is now healed and he has returned to sport again, but if he requires treatment again in the future, we will return to see Kia. Also, the staff at the front desk were professional and easy to work with. The clinic is following strict and consistent covid health and safety protocols, which made us feel very comfortable each visit.

It’s just OK. Nothing great. Tons of other better clinics in the area. I went in for two appointments and the treatment received or lack of was mediocre at best. Receptionist was frazzled and unwelcoming. The clinic was over booked and I had to take super early appointments at 8 am which is not ideal since I can’t drive due to an accident and had to walk to the clinic on both occasions. Did not really like the set up for the clinic either. It was sort of odd. No actual rooms for patients but instead little areas with a pull across curtain . Didn’t find it very comfortable. Not much privacy when people can hear your private conversations and see you through the curtains. Treatments were at 5-7 mins max which was ridiculously short... anyway, I’ve found another clinic. On the positive, the clinic was clean.

Jim is fantastic I really appreciate his knowledge in getting my where I need to be. The reception on the other hand needs to be a little more polite, Never smiles when I come but when other clients do wow totally different story. Other than that they are fantastic just need to get a up beat & friendlier receptionist

I had a top of my back pain and it is always a hard tension to work on. This was from an old injury and she helped so much. In a matter of just a few visit she fixed it and gave me the exercise I needed to maintain my flexibility in that area. I highly recommend this clinic. Very professional and friendly and efficient. Amazing. Thank you.

I have been going to Post Coquitlam Physiotherapy and Sports Injury clinic at either Hyde Creek or Wilson for over 10 years to address a variety of accidents and sports injuries. Some of these injuries have been significant and required major surgery to address. Once my healing was completed, my after surgery recovery and physiotherapy rehabilitation was done by Shafeen Hirji. Shafeen is amazing. He helped me recover from spinal surgery so that I could get back to karate. He also helped me recover from an accident 2 years later that exacerbated the original issue. He is thoughtful, knowledgeable, professional. He is thorough and will quickly identify what is the issue or injury and start to treat it. And, Shafeen works in collaboration with my GP and my DC to keep them informed so that I get the best healthcare.

I have been to POCO Physio multiple times for different sports related injuries. Shafeen Hirji has been great in his assessments, treatments and follow ups. His knowledge, skills, attentiveness and experience are very apparent when working with him. I have experienced successful recovery each time and would highly recommend Shafeen.
