Free parking in a pay-parking area. Receptionist is extremely friendly. Some of the therapists are very knowledgeable.

Nice building, clean atmosphere, the staff are friendly although there seems to be no rush in keeping appointment times (I have had to wait 10 minutes into my appointment before anyone has said a word to me) that being said, I always feel much better after a massage, and appreciate the help with shaping my health.

Terrible service. After an administrative error on their end they charge me 50$ (said they would confirm an appointment with me as they had to check and see if the therapist was available) then never called me back to confirm. then said I never showed up. Then when I bring up the fact that the previous appointment the therapist was 45 min late she calls me a liar and starts laughing. I ask to speak to a manager. She says I'm the owner. Such a shame for the therapist practicing in this clinic as they are good at what they do but with such poor management it's a real shame. I will tell everyone I know not to use this place.

I have been regularly coming to Harmony for physiotherapy and massage for the past couple years and I couldn't be any happier with the service of their clinic. Firsty, the owner of the clinic, Vida, who is also a physiotherapist, is such a kind and respectful woman. She always takes care of her clients and makes sure that they recieve the best service ever. Not only is Vida an outstanding business owner and physiotherapist, the manager, Saedeh is also an extremely nice and organized lady. She will follow any special direction that has to do with your appointments such as phone call reminders and/or email reminders and she never fails to put a smile on my face whenever I come in. If you ever come in for a massage I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Clayton as he is an awesome massage therapist. I truly enjoy visiting this place and I will continue coming here for more massage and physiotherapy. I feel so welcomed and relaxed in their clinic environment and I couldn't be more thankful to have found this awesome clinic in the first place.

I have been here for many times for physio, and it was perfect with professional therapists, friendly and polite staff. Recommend to everyone
