Had a fall on ice at work, and after a second x-ray, it was determined that there was no fracture, but a damaged ligament. Attended CBI Health in Poco and was seen by Victor Paul; Certified Hand Therapist, and after 12 weeks, (and his endless patience), I am back to work, driving my bus, pain free! Very impressed by all the staff , in particular Victor's bedside manner and professionalism.

A torn ligament in my thumb left me unsure of where I should choose to rehabilitate. You come here. You ask to be paired with Victor Paul. Exceptional therapist that I'm honoured to have had the pleasure of working with. 10/10 would recommend CBI to anyone seeking relief.

I received the best of care and direction from a fantastic Physiotherapist here! My hand was was ruined... and through surgery (before CBI) and Victor's clear encouragement (and cautions), strength and function have returned *(though I doubted it would)... thanks so much

Start hand therapy half a year ago with Victor to fix my broken scaphoid, and after getting discouraged by what I read and hearing others experiences with this injury, I was very delighted to have reassuring help everyday i visited. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and I'm pleased to say my recovery has surpassed my expectations. Thanks for everything!

I had a great experience at this facility! From the second I walked in until my last day. Everyone is professional, accommodating, and friendly. The front desk ladies are extremely welcoming and all of the clinicians including all of mine but also the ones I didn't work with gave me excellent service and made me feel very comfortable. I am very grateful for everyone that works there helping people such as myself get back on track. Highly recommended!!
