Having had a recent knee replacement and a frozen shoulder my Dr. referred me to Moves You and Michelle.  I can't say how much I have improved since visiting her.  Moves You is not your typical physiotherapist office as you treated like you are the only patient in the office and time is spent with you and helping you to reach your goal.  
If you are looking for a great physiotherapist then Moves You should be your first stop.
Located in Port Coquitlam just off of Coast Meridian.

Dr. Gibson is by far the most professional and effective physiotherapist I have ever met. She resolved my painful issues in one visit. Magic!
