Pleasantly surprised and happy I had the experience of attending this clinic. Recovering from an injury and or surgery isn't always easy and smooth. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in helping me understand the recovery process and how to improve. Great place to learn, work on recovery, and talk with others with similar issues and be successful. Thanks CBI.

I'm so glad that I can share the very positive experience that I had at the Occupational rehab at CBI Port Coquitlam. Right from the first phone call,to the day I was discharged from the program.The whole Team , Patrick,Ash.,Vic.,Jeff, Valene, Mitch.,Colin, et al., worked together to help me recover from my workplace injury. through education and perseverance I was able to work through the program and be back at work. I had great time at CBI health. They were very supportive and helpful during my recovery for my back injury. They exceeded my expectations! I always looked forward to attending the clinic during my gradual return to work plan. Every single one of the staff were great! I will miss you all and thank you for everything you’ve done for me!
I had injured my back the previous year and after a month or so off work I returned to soldier through the pain thinking it would just get better. For another year I worked every day in pain and re-injured my back 3 more times, the last having no chance to return to work. I was depressed and frustrated at the lack of help I was getting and had no idea how to find a way forward. My doctor recommended an OR2 program and I eventually made it in to CBI. The staff was very knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. At last I had focus and goals to help alleviate my constant back pain. From the OT Colin, to my physio Terry, Ash the physio assistant, the kinesiologists Jeff and Vik and the counsellor Liesl, they all listened and helped with any issues or problems I encountered. They all worked together to help me and constantly checking in with me to see how I was doing and progressing. My injury is an ongoing slow recovery but from where I was just 6 months ago to now I am better prepared mentally and physically to deal with my future. I can't thank CBI enough for getting me on my road to recovery.
I can't express enough how grateful I am to Terry for helping me recover from my shoulder dislocation. He was polite and professional throughout the duration of the treatment, and he customized my rehabilitative exercises to better fit my schedule. I would definitely come back to CBI should I ever need a physiotherapist again.

My experience with CBI was very positive - Colin, Jeff and Ash were knowledgeable, incredibly supportive and the program they put together for me was thorough and well paced. As the program went along and I experienced challenges they were quick to respond and adapt my program and gave me helpful suggestions on how to adjust my activities. All of this made it possible for me to get back on my feet and back to work. They also gave me some great tips for continuing my physical exercise plan at the end of the program so I could continue to work towards my own personal physical activity goals. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who is struggling with chronic health issues.
got sent into the OR2 from worksafe the program and staff were excellent and professional would recommend to anyone looking to get into a Occupational rehab program to go there!
I went into CBI for a mallet finger issue. Victor Paul was my hand therapist he's certified... He did an excellent job. Answered all my questions and provided all the information I needed. He was thorough, sincere and professional. The staff were awesome and I felt relaxed there. And the facility was clean and organized. I would go there again without hesitation.
