Town Shoes

My shopping experience at Town shoes Eaton Center was great, but this is not what prompted me to write this review. It so happened that the shoes I chose had a defect which was uncovered 9 months after purchase, when I first started wearing them. Customer service rep was shockingly fast to address my request, she actually got back to me on a public holiday. Store manager was very professional, she went beyond and above handling this issue, much to my satisfaction. This company does provide quality service. Thank you.

Jessica helped me with a long series of returns, ordering new shoes, and finding solutions for my wide and large feet. She was extremely quick, handled a lot of curve balls at once. Great work. Also great sale prices.

I came here during the extra 30% sales, and although I tried on only the shoes on sale, the woman was extremely helpful. She got all the sizes I requested and promptly took away the ones I wasn't interested in.
