I bought a defective pair of shoes which broke after 2 months, and they replaced them for me. I will never buy a pair of shoes elsewhere.

Town shoes usually has a large selection of items but I found that this location in particular seemed to be mostly sales racks. There was not a lot of option in this location and I was pretty disappointed by the lack of selection compared to what I am used to seeing in other stores.

I went to Town Shoes to purchase a pair of converse after having destroyed my current pair at a festival. As soon as I entered the store the security guard profiled me and started following around the store and giving me the stink eye - as if I couldn't possibly afford to buy anything. The funniest part about this is that I had purchased over a hundred dollars worth of clothes at another store and was carrying them around with me. I may be young, and not wearing designer clothes but that does not mean my money is worth less than anyone else's. So I left the store and went to Foot Locker and was treated extremely well, there I bought the exact same converse I had seen at Town Shoes. If you want to be treated like you're lower class then shop at this store.
