The Shoe Company

Was looking for a specific shoe and the website said this location had low stock. Called multiple times to make sure they still had some but no answer. I asked one of the of the other stores to call them and they got no answer either. Was forced to travel 25min only to find out they had none or maybe they were just to lazy to properly check Thanks for making me waste my time and my gas! The one star is the lowest google allows but 0 stars is really what they deserve

3110 Bathurst location is one of the largest Shoe Company stores I've visited in Toronto so far. the shop has women and men section and a whole children department. Good selection and decent prices. The store is well organised, neat and well maintained. good experience! returns allowed up to 60 days after purchase with the receipt and the original box.

Won’t shop at Shoe Company anymore or their DSW/partner stores. Used to be OK years ago and Gloria was always friendly. Went to return a pair of shoes at Lawrence Plaza store which I purchased elsewhere only days prior. The woman at the cash was so rude. Awful experience. Her questions were very odd. I had my receipt and it should have been a 2-minute transaction. Will not go back!

I often come to this location for my family. When I had a problem with an online order, Manager Nicole was always helpful. She is kind, nice, and organized. I highly recommend this place.

I order shoes for my 3 year old online and they were shipped to me from this store with the tac of the security tag sticking out the side of the shoe. They were also extremly scuffed and dirty. These were all white shoes so the dirt was clear to see but they still sent it out... when i brought it back to the store the staff was very lackadaisical anbout the situation. The customer service was horrible. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone
