Great store, good concept.  No pressure sales tactics and the sizes are out for us to take the time to find the right fit.  I bought one of my best shoes at the Shoe Company.  I wish they carried more genuine leather boots though.

I order shoes through the online DSW outlet. The prices are very competitive and the staff at the store is always extremely polite and helpful. One woman helped me return a pair of shoes that didn't fit. Would definitely return
