I called in and asked if they had a very specific pair of shoes, i spend 5 minutes on the phone explaining in excruciating detail the shoe i wanted, i said the name of the shoe the cut the colour the heel length i couldn't have been more thorough , they re assured me over and over saying they have this shoe and set it aside for me , after a long day at work i drove an hour through rush hour traffic to go get it. They present me the wrong shoe completley not remotley close to what i asked.....and then offered absolutley zero compensation for wasting my time. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my life.

This store has the most unfriendly and untruthful staff. The policy is buy the shoes and leave. They never respect a refund customer. I called their head office, or I called the manager in Bayview village that they claimed she is a supervisor at head office. I explained: I purchased a pair of shoes which was not final sale. In the limited time for refund policy I exchanged the shoes and they did not give me the original receipt but a credit store included in the second receipt. I told the lady, why credit store? and she said we don't refund and you have to talk to head office. They behave like they have other customers to take care of and the class of store is higher than dealing with small money. My return was 80 dollars and there is nothing in the store that priced under 200 or rarely very large size will go under. Someone at head office listened to me but kept asking if I have the original receipt, in reality, another colleague of her told me she is the manager of Bayview Village store. Then she called me back claiming she needs to talk to supervisor. A third time after talking to A MANAGER, she said: according to records on your file, the date you purchased the first shoes was 4 month earlier than the exchange and thats the reason you get store credit. She said it is beyond the 21 day return policy. She kept advising me: There is very good sales (30%) now in store, why don't you visit and see if you find a good item. instead of falling in her trap, I remembered on the date she is claiming the original receipt is dated I was in Europe and used my same credit card, and I also had a copy of my flight tickets, train tickets and many photos. I called them back. She, who ever she is, was never available anymore. I asked for someone else, they were at lunch and promise to call me when they are back. Then at last some one answered. The same process: Do I have original receipt, and there is a good sale now. I answered I am aware of sales and Davids did't give me the original receipt. The first person also told me they have all of my information, my email and all dates of my purchases in their system, how don't they have the original receipt? I told this second person why don't you check yourself the original receipt? Why the manager of Bayview village claimed the original receipt is dated when I was not in Canada at all. I told this second lady: ask me to send you the proof I have. You know what happened: She said she has someone else on the other line and hung up on me. After she interrupted me many times and didn't let me explain what reasons I have. Davids customer service is not following the standards of 2017/18. That's the least they can do specially when they are convinced the customer is telling the truth. If you are not well-mannered! and you are not rich enough to forget about your 80$ credit store, don't bother their first class managers, their brand and supervisors, they have more important things to do.

Awfull customer service especially when it comes to return or exchange. Cheap people selll expensive items.

The store has a good selection of men's and women's shoes. Some great exclusive custome made models worth the purchase. We were advised by Henry and he was super knowledgeable and patient with us. Keep up the great service Henry!!!
