Just went here for the first time, beautiful store! TONS of selection and staff are super friendly and helpful. Their response/communication via email was great too, customer service is excellent. Definitely will be coming here for all my dance stuff.
Walked in not knowing a thing because I had to buy a pair of character shoes for my daughter. Walked in and someone was there to greet me. I felt very welcoming, and the staff was very nice, very knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you Olivia !!
The staff at this store are young girls who have terrible costumer service. Especially the assistant manager.nnThere is no real pointe shoe specialist there. It's a joke. The girls had no clue. I ended up Leaving the store to go to another dance store on Shepard to buy pointes for my daughter. Actually demi pointes.nAr this other store called , the staff demonstrated excellent knowledge on ballet and pointes. And was extremely helpful. I believe the store is called the pointe shop. Super like the store and got at least 10 leotards and tights from the store, they are super professional and have different colours of leotards and tights, better than lots of stores in toronto as they have most brand available
Dancewear Centre never ceases to amaze me. The staff is always friendly & knowledgeable. Victoria V took us to the next level. Her patience and enthusiasm is exceptional. We tried close to 23 pairs and the service on the last pair was the same as when we walked in. You can see she is simply passionate about what she does. Love it. Thank You Victoria V for a great experience !!!
