Their ribs are the best in town! And for the price it is a steal of a deal! Great atmosphere and lots of room for big groups or if you prefer privacy you can get a booth. Staff were friendly and service was excellent! Just a piece of advice do not order the southwestern chicken and stick with ribs or burger

Came for a birthday with a party of 10. Tried all the ribs on the menu. Service was excellent our food all came within 15 minutes. All the ribs were great. No waste on the bone. Restaurant bathroom is lean and rsstaurant is well kept. Employees take pride in there job. Will definitely be returning!!

Arrived late for a table of 3, service was attentive and overall flawless and then the food just tops it all off. My god those ribs...

The place to go for mouthwatering ribs served with sweet potato fries. The set up offers a variety of choices with tables for large groups, small booths for more intimate gatherings a restaurant side and a lounge side. It's also located near other interesting stores, so after a delicious meal one feels energized to shop some more. We have found the service to be fast and friendly and always enjoy our time spent at Tony Roma's.

Been there for wings night. The food is good and delicious. The ribs that we ordered is awesome.

Always a quality restaurant chain. No complaints or issues. Good to great menu selection and food. A bit expensive nowadays given that a decent slab of pork ribs from the grocery is a lot lot less and much easier to prepare using a variety of methods.

The service was really good, our server was super friendly & so were the other people that helped bring out our food. The reason for my rating is the over charred ribs, they had a burnt taste to them. Also the gravy seems to be over compensated with salt instead of flavor. The coleslaw was also lacking in flavor.

Great food, all for a reasonable price. Really friendly staff. I think my only complaint would be that they are so busy most of the time it can some times be hard to get a hold of the server staff. That that also doesn't happen often

This family-friendly place also has a lounge side. The servers are friendly and professional. The food has always been delicious and served in a timely fashion. A very busy place for all ages....who doesn't love ribs!!!! Lots on the menu and it's all been good whenever we have gone there. If you like shrimp with just a little spice/heat you have to try the kickin shrimp appy.

Was there later in the evening on a Saturday. Sat down at a table in the lounge and waited for a server. Finally had to get up and find someone to serve us. Bartender appeared to be on a break sitting at the bar and did nothing to communicate to other staff that there were customers waiting. Re: the food: Lounge steak sandwiches were awesome. Better staff communication would have resulted in a higher rating.
