ABC Country Restaurant

Quiet, cozy, relaxed atmosphere for a good family dinner. Staff are always friendly, prompt service. Good selection of meals, including my favorite steak sandwich. My son loves the milkshakes.

I visited in December and the restaurant was totally decorated for Christmas. It had a nice, homey feel reminiscent of past family restaurants. Lots of items to choose from on the menu. The server was efficient at taking my order and serving my food. I ordered a chocolate milkshake, the French dip with fries and the pie sampler for dessert. The milkshake was nice and thick but could use a bit of chocolate sauce to bump up the favour. The French dip was seasoned well with tender meat and a fresh bun. The fries weren't as crispy as they could be

It had an extra room that can be booked for meetings, etc. Overall it's a restaurant that anyone would be satisfied to eat at.

Having recently moved to Red Deer, we were looking for a good restaurant where we could count on enjoying consistently good food, a comfortable atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff. We found ABC Country Restaurant quite by accident one evening as we were driving around trying to spot a familiar place to eat, and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. We were served promptly and courteously, the food came quickly although the restaurant was very busy, and it tasted delicious. This morning we were back again to try the breakfast, and were just as impressed. Congratulations to owners and staff for a well-run establishment that will be our "go-to" for many more meals to come.

Travelling through Red Deer we found this restaurant on a search. The dining area is exceptionally clean and inviting. The breakfast menu had a large selection and reasonably priced. Our server...Kianna...was helpful and very pleasant. The meal was hot and delicious. Would highly recommend this restaurant for a great meal experience. Fantastic Restaurant.

We were blessed to get seated in the buffet room in the middle of a Sunday rush. The selection was amazing and we saw first-hand just how hard the kitchen works to keep the popular itemsEggs Benny! well stocked! They ran non-stop. Food was fresh and delicious for a reasonable price

Being there on Sunday, it was an awesome brunch that was being offered. It was a complete surprise to see the size of the buffet. It was a food lovers Dream. There was light and fluffy pancakes, scrambled eggs and hash browns, sausages and bacon, french toast, eggs Benedict, lasagna, scalloped potatoes, and the list goes on. There was fresh fruit, cookies, pies, Jell-O. Of course there was more, however my memory is not that good. I strongly urge you to go on a Sunday and indulge your taste buds to sensory overload. I should also tell you that the serving people are incredible and so polite. Go there! You will not regret it.

If you want great country style breakfast items ABC is the place for you. Portions are really large and the staff is friendly. If you are an avid pescatarian this is NOT the place for you. Not many fish options on the menu.

They have a really good selection of breakfast items to pick from and pretty much everything I have had is good especially the eggs Benny. The servers are really nice and the restaurant is really clean. Coffee is always fresh and the price is on point. Would recommend trying this place out.

I would leave 0 stars if it was possible! We come here last night, and the service and the food were horrific! We seen our waitress 3 times the whole time we were there once to take orders for drinks, bring us drinks, and take our food order, and then we never seen her again. Waited over an hour for our food... By the time we got our food it was pretty much cold. Like my dad's gravy on his turkey was starting to clump up again it was so cold. Mine and my uncles poutine was disgusting I couldn't even eat it. Least we got 50% off the bill but I still don't feel like we should have had to pay for that disgusting meal. We did get free pie, and that didn't make up for it the banana cream pie tasted freezer burnt so that was another disappointment. I probably won't ever come back. Hopefully others have a better experience than we did.
