I was expecting a lower quality experience: wrong. Staff were very nice, food quality & portions were good. Especially, the salad sizes. Dessert was amazing. My dessert was key lime piehand made & the whip cream had infused pistachios and lime shavings; amaze-balls.
We love coming here for the amazingly friendly staff and delicious food from quality ingredients. I love how they have new menu items often. Britney, Ethan, Jill and so many other wonderful people make an amazing experience for eating

I just want to give a shout out to Moxie’s Red Deer for their amazing service and hospitality this evening! I had booked about half of the restaurant for a private surprise birthday party for my husband. We had roughly 60 guests. The entire night went off without a hitch and the food was promptly served and all staff members were polite and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you so much and we will be back again and again.
Dining out tonight was a great experience. As we sat down and our server came to greet my daughter and I, we felt comfortable and welcomed at our local Moxies. The food was delicious and filling. Our server Franky was beyond exceptional. Thanks Franky for a wonderful experience!! We will be back to see you again.
The service was great, the staff was very patient with our large group of kids soccer team. Food was good, and the restaurant environment was enjoyable. Unfortunately I have to give it a 2 star as 5 members of our group got sick immediately after our visit, included a couple of kids. Hard to pinpoint one single type of food as they all had different things from the menu. Kid-friendliness: We visit this restaurant during a kids soccer tournament in Red Deer, so our visit included a team of thirteen 10 years old boys and a good number of their siblings. The staff was very patient and helpful at all times.
It's been a while since we have been to Moxie's, I was pleasantly surprised by everything!! Food was right on point and across the spectrum of ethnic cuisine, from the burgers and steaks to the Asian noodles at our table it was all excellent!! Our server, Matthias, was also excellent, he knows his menu has great people skills and a nice subtle sense of humor. There is also a really great teamwork culture among the staff that really adds to the relaxed atmosphere. We'll be back!!
We had our Christmas Staff Party Dinner here. The food was good. Our waitress was very friendly. It was a bit disorganized. Some of our staff were pretty much done eating when others were just getting their orders. Other than that, everyone enjoyed themselves.Food: 4/5
I hadn’t been to this location in about 19 years. It was always so loud with poor service. My gf suggested Moxie’s for a quick lunch for us the other day and I said let’s give it a shot. So glad we did. The food was amazing, our server/bartender was excellent, very fast. Unbelievably fast. I couldn’t afford to tip her what she deserved unfortunately, which would have been $100 easy. Will definitely be back, clean, quiet atmosphere. It was perfect. Parking: Good parking.
I took my wife here for Women's Day. Unfortunately there also happened to be a dairy convention happening, and a table of ~60 people slowed everything down. We waited quite a while to get served. However, Shyla came to save the night she wasn't even our waitress initially. She went above and beyond to make up for it without us saying anything. I've been here a couple times before too, including a large birthday dinner, and the food and service were always top notch.
