East Side Mario's

Had a great time there with my friends. The food was great. The staff were very nice. We pre-ordered our food because we had 20+ people and they didn't make a single mistake. My only suggestion is to work on the meatballs as they are very bland and the texture is not very good.

Really good food at a very reasonable price. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. Unlimited bread. The salads are always super fresh. The double bacon carbonara was really good. Staff very friendly, drinks were served within minutes of ordering. Food came quickly and was nice and hot. Courtesy bread was warm and very soft. Place looked well maintained and looked clean. Would recommend the place. Food was very tasty.

We had a issue with our food and the manager was wonderful about it.. the pizza dough was gross and undercooked our pasta tasted like oil and my grandma didn’t even get a chance to eat because they hadn’t brought it out yet.. the hostess kept wiping her noise with her hand. The server was nice and same with the manager.. never had issues with the food besides today.. the manager made up for the mistakes so definitely will be coming back at a less busy time. 5 stars for server and manager but 0 for food hence the 3 stars. Thank you again to the manager

Absolutely ridiculous, so I get off work and call to order a take out order at 9 pm the young lady who answered the phone explained that I have to use the call center which is fine and I called the call center...it was closed. So I called the restaurant to explain to them it's closed and I would like an order for pick up and straight up REFUSED to take it after I explained their call center is closed. They close at 10 pm...so i spoke to a manager who you think would be understanding of the situation. So this Mrs Darlene Hamilton again REFUSED to take the order saying they don't do take out over the phone. Funny being a chef and working in this industry for over 10 years this is the first restaurant to not take orders over the phone. So I give this restaurant and their lazy staff a 1/5 stars! And will not be eating their food anytime soon and strongly recommend this manager go into the dish pit to wash dishes cause she has no management skills or customer service skills and has no intention of making this business money. Cheers! Update: so after that debacle we decided to call bps which holy cow! They were happy to take our order over the phone! Go figure! Good 200$ gladly spent! Go somewhere else that will GLADLY serve you! Eastside Mario's is a joke!

I don’t usually post reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was so good I had to say something! The staff were so nice and welcoming and seated us promptly and our server was very kind and accommodating. One of my friends has a dietary/allergy restriction and our server did everything she could to make sure our needs were met. The food was very flavourful and a great portion as it also came with all you can eat soup/salad. The atmosphere and vibe was great, which added to the welcoming environment of the restaurant. Overall, 10/10 would recommend to a friend and I’ll definitely come back!

Stopped by on a busy Saturday night, we were seated immediately. Service was prompt and friendly food came surprisingly fast and was delicious. Great environment. A little loud but that is to be expected of a family friendly restaurant. Great prices as well. We will definitely be back!Food: 5/5

The Limoncello Fresca is tangy and fresh, with the Blackberry Mint Italian Soda as a wonderful nonalcoholic alternative. The current seasonal menu offers a variety of different dishes to try out, so far I have enjoyed the Arancini crunchy, cheesy and delicious with Margherita sauce as well as the Tre Formaggi Gigantico Ravioli - as perfect a ravioli as a person could as for and not be in Italy herself. As always, the salad & breadbasket combo is good and comforting, and you'll leave feeling stuffed and thinking about future trips around the world

The food was good, not great. I haven't been since before covid and unfortunately the prices had gone from around $16 a plate to $24. I think that is to be expected though. One little critique was the food was really not as well prepared as the past. We ordered the Linguine Chicken Tetrazzini and I actually clarified with the waitress about what we got because I didn't see any bruschetta, just a few small tomatoes. There were only 3 mushrooms. I think for the price they can afford a few more ingredients other than pasta and sauce. The waitress was very helpful though. The soup and bread were better than I remembered though. I would recommend as there are lots of family favorites. I just think for the price averaging $25/dish I could go somewhere else more enjoyable.

I've been here only twice, and let me tell you. 5/5! I'm at the restaurant as I'm typing this. Darlene served us the first time, and she's serving us right now as well, and she's Rocking it! Food is amazing! Great prices and environment. And the service is out of this world
