Everything was extremely good, good quality, and a great proposition of all kinds. The thing I didn't like was not every day but today, everything was out of stock and didn't have other sizes, and the fitting room, they only had 6 and the other ones were closed so I had to wait like 5-10 min to try my clothes. The room to try the clothes was big enough to be comfortable to change. So I think four stars is great for now but you can do better Tommy, I believe in you.

The discounts might seem interesting but the base prices are high so you need to do your homework be fore buying just making sure you are not scammed.

Very bad customer service. I was told that if you sign up you will get 15% off. But when I saw the bill after paying there was no discount. The Cashier said she forgot but I have to stand in the line again 10 minutes. When it was the cashier's fault, I had to pay for her mistake. It was not a good experience.

I think shes having a nervous breakdown !!!! I bought pants for my girlfriends birthday but they were too big so i went to the store for an exchange. I spoke to the manager a short Dark skin woman i heard the name Silva she start telling me that they shouldnt accept this return it was my fault if my Girlfriend didnt try them on 1st i tried to explain that it was a gift and she didnt know about it but she kept on going talking me down like i was dumb. This woman shouldnt work with people there is plenty of Hilfiger store avoid going there when she is working !!!!

Just spent over 200$ and was barely helped for the easiest sale. Staff looks depressed and seems like they hate their jobs. You ask for help and it’s like you’re bothering them. Manager needs to coach their team or just hire and brand new one that’s more engaged. I haven’t been to Tommy in so long and probably won’t go back after today. I needed to find mens clothing quickly for an event and trust that next time I’ll plan my time better and spend my money elsewhere. What happened to customer experience ?!

Not all the staff seemed to be happy doing there job.. wish we had better customer service from the cashier.
