My daughter had become so unhappy with Bell's service that we decided to switch her to Telus. I walked into Mado's store, not just a dissatisfied customer, but an ex-customer. And I arrived just after an ill-advised special 10 gig offer had created chaos throughout the industry. All I wanted to do was to unlock my daughter's phone so it could be switched from Bell to Telus. The store was filled with customers, all of whom had reason to be unhappy after the phone support disaster, and all of whom had a much more legitimate claim to his time than I did. Mado insisted on helping me retain my daughter's phone number for the Telus account, something phone support, after a couple of two-hour waits had been unable or unwilling to do.for me. (He actually had to wait on hold, and listen to the same lame recorded apologies and sappy music that I had endured, while he dealt with other customers). I don't know how he did it, but he made everyone in that crowded store feel that they were his most important concern, and we all left, I am sure, feeling much better than when we walked in. This was the most impressive feat of customer service I have encountered in a long life. The man is a gem, Bell. I am not sure you deserve him!

I'm so thankful that I contacted the Bell store at Capilano Mall. Zuzana was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. She helped me get an iPhone X along with a new Canada/USA plan. Thanks Zuzana!!!

Walked into the store today to pre-order my iphone 8 plus. I was literally on the phone with Bell Customer Service angry as can be walking into the store. I don't need to vent details on the lack of service I received over the phone, but I was in dire need for someone to keep me from jumping ship on Bell all together. Mado and Zuzana (spelling?) did just that. They took real great care of me, offered all the same 'super special discounts' that the Customer Service line offered (which they said I could ONLY get over the phone), and I walked out of there with my pre-order in hand, and MUCH more comfortable staying with Bell. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for better Bell service BEFORE leaving Bell. Thanks Mado and Zuzana!

Today I went to the Bell located at Capilano mall and received outstanding service from a lovely consultant named Mahtab, her service was so efficient that by the end of it all there was no more room for questions. I can't stress enough how great she was, of anyone I could have spoken to I'm glad she was the one to help me :)
