We recently bought our Mini Cooper from Tizzy's and found them to be straightforward and friendly. There was a small issue that came to light on the way home and we were supplied with a replacement part and allowed to have it fitted locally for which we were reimbursed with no trouble at all. Good customer service in my book. I'd use them again without reservation.

Brilliant customer service on the RENAULT MEGANE DYNAMIQUE TOMTOM DCI - £3,999 Called me back out of hours. Communication was excellent from that point on, which is a rarity these days. The car itself is exactly as advertised, spotlessly clean, freshly serviced, and great value for money too. Best dealer i have ever had dealings with Will use again. I had my new car delivered yesterday and I honestly cannot fault the service at all! Absolutely brilliant from start to finish and I couldn’t be happier with my new car. Before getting a car from Tizzy’s I was adamant I wanted to get a car from a more well known place, or even somewhere local, but my dream car popped up at this garage and I couldn’t resist! Tom was so lovely and friendly and went above and beyond to make the experience completely stress free and enjoyable. My car was delivered within a few days the Monday which was so quick as I only signed on the Wednesday evening! Would 1000% recommend them!! Thank you so much again :

Bought a Ford Mondeo yesterday. Travelled up from Plymouth with my brother to help me check it out. The car is solid and all working as it should for a 2010 model. Nothing has come to light since it being driven back. I'm very very happy. Tom was polite and forthwith for communication before travelling up to come to the garage, what can i say all good in my book from these guys, will update if any future changes to review are needed but I doubt that. I brought a car at the beginning of the month off Colin. The car is lovely however I had an issue with it last week and I’m far from the easiest person to deal with when I’m stressed! So let’s say they had their work cut out with me! But they handled it really well and sorted everything out! They let me use a garage I have always used as I live far from Yeovil. Everything is working perfectly now and I’m really happy. Everything they said they’d done to the car prior to me buying, had been done and it was all new parts. They honour every part of the warranty they offer when they sell the car I know that for a fact. They have been great and I can’t fault them.

Bought an expensive car last year, was almost out of an MOT and clearly had problems after I research online. I made sure they MOTd it before I bought it and apparently the issues were fixed. However, after taking it to a reputable garage it was clear that the issues were not sorted and I had to pay out quite a lot to sort it out. When they sold me the car they couldn't even be bothered to clean it, I cleaned out the interior while I waited for finance to go through as the seats were full of oil stains! When I got the car home and cleaned the exterior, I found paint peel and a clear sign of a crash repair which was not evidenced in the limited service history I was given! When you pay that kind of money you expect quality and good service, when I handed over my old car with full service history, Colin replied 'I don't read any of that' which is part of the problem!!! Avoid this company!!
