They changed their parcel pickup policy and now charge to have packages delivered. I already pay shipping and fedex and ups pay to use their facility. I should not also be charged.nnVery rude staff. Asked what I needed then held her finger up in my face to talk to another employee. I will not support them in any way whatsoever. Whether it be for parts or parcel delivery.

This store has been phenomenal re service, etc. However, today checked store hours and was going to drive 35 km to town today to pick up my parcel, good thing I checked reviews first. Drove 30 miles to find out they are closed on Sundays but their hours say they are open. Do better.

Was going to buy an impact that was on sale today. Manager would not honor the sticker sale price. Sales clerk tried to get him to honor the price he refused.nJust mumbled something and walked away. Last time I buy anything from Napa.nTry and buy local and they won't let you.
