I ordered parts for my husky chainsaw. They were incorrect. I called and tried to get the correct parts ordered and all they can tell me is that I'm wrong. The old part, in my hand, that I took off the saw, is the wrong one for it apparently, and even with that part number they can't get the correct part, and the one they sent me that doesn't fit is the right one? It's too bad everyone relies on a computer screen to justify having no knowledge of their job. Call lawnmower hospital in Edmonton if you'd like real service. This place is a joke.

I spent 32 mins in the building today waiting to speak to the salesman. Only one salesman working and it was the sales manager. He spent the whole time having a conversation with someone regarding nothing related to a sale. He didn't even acknowledge myself or the other waiting customer. That's twice I tried and no one even tried to sell me anything. It's unfortunate, but I will continue to make my purchases in Edmonton.
