Canadian Tire

Canadian Tire is one of my favorite stores to shop at. Every time I go, I usually bring home more than what I went in for. I purchased one item and had to return it, as it was not required. They flat out refused to accept the return in original packaging within 5 days of the purchased in an unused condition and had no problem returning it to the CT in South Edmonton Common. I have to agree with another reviewer. This is hands down the worst CT I have been to. Travel the extra 2 hours and safe your self the hassle.

Some of the staff are extremely rude and will often speak bad about you behind your back in another language. Other than that most (80%) of the time my experiènce has been pleasant.

Terrible customer service on almost every occasion. We've now stopped going to this Canadian Tire altogether even though it's the only one within two hours. I had more than one returns flat out refused (in original packaging, within a week, and in unused condition). Went to the St Albert store to return the items with no hassles at all. Had staff contradict each other many times giving incorrect info, lying, and not knowing where things were but talking like they did. Worst Canadian Tire I've been to period (BC, AB, SK, ON).

This is a great store rarely have any trouble, sometimes you have to stay away from some of the cheap merchandise though.

A small rural Canadian Tire store. Helpful staff. Clean public washrooms. Cellphone services only works in the very front inside of this building
