Fantastic service! Great place to find a vacuum or carpet cleaner, I bought both. Used is the way to go if you want great value and great service. V.R. The owner and President had great advice and even threw in some great gifts. I highly recommend shopping here for all of your vacuuming and cleaning needs.

VR was friendly and well informed. Sold us a rebuilt Kirby without pressure. Tested the unit before I left the store and noticed a sound that concerned him so he swapped out the base for another one. Ran fine. 5 year warranty on electrical components and three in a pack of micron bags. Solid service.

I called to ask a question about my Dyson and was told to bring it in and he would take a look. We found the issue and it was repaired quickly. A great little place to know about. If you need your vacuum fixed i recommend coming here. Great service.

Will never go back. They sold my $400 vacuum for charges. I couldn't pick up right away. He didn't know my story & what I had going on. Even bought another vacuum when I dropped mine off for repair. Said he tried to call & left messages. He wrote down the wrong # after I called to check on it. Shady business

After owning a Rainbow vacuum cleaner for almost 25 years I decided it was time to replace it. I received my refurbished Rainbow vacuum cleaner about a month ago Nov '22 from GNC Vacs. After the first use I noticed water on the floor and called VR the owner to let him know something wasn't right. Solved it by not filling the basin quite as much. But I could tell the suction and airflow was less than my old one. Took it to a local shop and he identified the problem. I called VR back this morning and he acknowledged the issue. I decided rather than send it back for repair, I would attempt to repair it while VR walked me through steps on the phone. Tore the thing apart, took the motor out and fixed the problem. Getting it back together was the tricky part, but VR helped guide me. Got it working like a charm! Now, the point of the story isn't to encourage anyone to perform Rainbow heart surgery with The Master VR guiding by phone! The point is he offered to have me ship it back on his dime and was there to take care of the problem. I didn't mind the challenge of fixing it rather than shipping it out. That's the kind of customer service often lacking in today's world. I would recommend GNC Vacs in a New York minute and I live near Seattle!.

The guy who runs this place sorry I can'tremember his name is so helpful and friendly. Such a refreshing thing nowadays. I'm glad I made the purchase from him. He will help you in any waty he can.

Outstanding customer service! You would do well to add them to your top repair list! Glen’s knowledge of my vacuum was endless. I was afraid my vacuum would not be able to be repaired but she is running like new! Apparently it is very important to change filters and hoses on a regular basis. Everyone was very nice and helpful!
