Excellent service as always. Brought my car in for an alignment. Another shop said my car was fine - I knew it was not. They did the alignment and showed me a printout and explained exactly how it was out and by how much. Huge different in how the car drove afterwards. Worth the drive to come here for things like this.

Great service! Called in yesterday at 4:45 pm and talked to Ryan and told him my truck was 10 min out and needed a new tire on trailer. They put on a new tire and had my driver rolling by 5:25! Not often you run into service like that, keep it up!

They got me in the same day with no appointment for an out of province which takes a minimum of 2 hours to do and they did an awesome job. Very happy with their service and will be going to them for my tires from now on even though I live in fort McMurray.

Kal Tire staff are always professional and the work is done promptly. They have good corporate culture clearly aimed at customer service.
