Fantastic customer service. I had my summer tires changed over to winter tires. My vehicle was washed and delivered to me in a timely manner. It’s so awesome to see how dedicated Koch Ford Athabasca is to providing excellent customer service!

Koch Ford in athabasca provided me with exceptional service. From servicing my vehicles, to fixing issues to selling me by bronco. The dealership, owner and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I couldn't have asked  for a better experience. I will buy from them again, and will have my vehicles serviced there now and in the future. I will recommend koch ford to all my friends and family.

One of the good garages these days. They honor their warranty and service work, and have great service managers. Rates are quoted accurately and they call if anything more is found additional. I have an F150, and haven't owned a lemon yet, so all of my experiences have been positive.
