Athabasca Koch Ford go above and beyond for service. On my last service not only did they shuttle me home after I dropped my truck off, but they delivered my truck to me when it was done. And I hadn’t even requested it!! They understood how crazy my day was and offered a kindness that meant so much to me and was so needed! Thank you Koch Ford! That is small town service at its finest!
I manage Hwy 63 towing and recovery and we took our f650 to Koch for its first service. Very happy with the customer service even though we were late for our appointment and picked up over lunch. Also very happy with the service and the timely manner which it was done. Thank you guys for working our new truck, we are trying to stay local with everything we can.
Caroline was great to deal with, super friendly and not pushy like most sales you deal with. Same goes for their manager Matt. Everyone I dealt with there were really friendly and welcoming. I have a dealer 5 minutes from my house but made the extra 3 hour drive to Athabasca and it was well worth it.
When I had my truck serviced at Koch Ford in Athabasca, the Service Department treated me very professionally. Answering questions and trying to please me, like when can I bring my truck in to the shop. When waiting for the truck, they would come over and chat, offer drinks, fruit and popcorn. The job was done soon and well.
Very happy with the service I got, ended up trading my car and I went to a few dealerships before I did, but this place was by far the most helpful and I’m very picky on how I want my deal/vehicle, they all helped me anyway they could and I was in and out of there with my new tremor in a hour and a half, have nothing bad to say about this place! Will definitely come back in the future
The work was done quickly and the truck looks good. I appreciate the fact the interior was detailed and the truck washed, but maybe coordinate things slightly better so we are not parking a freshly washed vehicle outside when it is -40ish.

Beautiful truck in and out quick to deal with but overall very disappointing that truck overheated and broke down 470 km away from dealership. Not only did the truck abandon me but so did the dealearship and for roadside assistance knew absolutely nothing about what a new owner was entitled to for benefits as we were stranded on a Saturday evening on side of the road.
The service care before, during & after my apt exceeded my expectations. Apt was on time, completed in the time frame stated, great communication & appreciated the curiosity inspection & car wash.
