Tita's Mexican Food Etobicoke

This is an honest review. The food was actually flavorful! Had the 3 meat tacos, and it was soo good, I ordered 1 more!!!! Liz was the best waitress and was so sweet and attentive. Love her! DEf Price is up there from 15 and higher for more food, tacos are 6.50+ they could double the tortillas so that it would be more filling but it's probably part of the strategy, so that you order more. Not something. I do all the time but definitely a once in a blue moon. Kind of place in my opinion. But since good food is so hard to find. Definitely have to try.

One of the best Mexican foods spots I know of in the area. The birria tacos are to die for. The staff is super sweet and accommodating, and you feel like you’re back in gramma’s kitchen. Guacamole was top tier, nachos were tasty. Tres leches is done as it should be, has a homemade taste to it. Tasted like heaven. Will be coming back

Hidden gem serving authentic Mexican food on Lakeshore. Went for Taco Tuesday, so there was a discount for an order of 3. Tacos Al pastor were juicy and included a slice of pineapple. Service is the only reason why I deducted a star

Very small restaurant family run . Good part the have vegetarian options. Got Green Enchilada with red sauce on side which tasted good with potatoes n tofu as veg option . Service was good and vibe .

*** I’ve updated my rating for service after being contacted by the manager to rectify these order issues we’ve been having. She was very kind and helpful, hopefully stuff like this won’t happen if we order again***nnAfter being a customer of Tita’s for over 3 years it saddens me to have to give them such a poor review but the customer service and just lack of basic order fulfillment has finally brought me here. It’s unclear whether the location has new management or employees or both but very basic things in our take out orders have been missed e.g. all the tortillas from the taco dinner meal. But the worst part is their complete lack of customer service in rectifying errors. We order directly from them to support the business versus certain apps and when items are missing or incorrect they do nothing to refund you or compensate on a future order. Tonight when ordering a side of their salsa they literally supplied a container of watered down tomato soup photo when we called thinking it was the wrong item compared to their salsa we’ve bought and had a dozen + times they dismissed our concern saying it was the “extra sauce” as we ordered and when we asked to escalate to manager they said they’d call us back in 10min and never did. It’s just really unfortunate when you’ve supported a business for so many years to have them have absolutely zero customer service for their own order mistakes. It’s small things but if you can’t even call your customer back or refund the item you forgot or messed up that’s just bad business. Sadly time to find a New Mexican Restaurant in Etobicoke.
