Best service ever! The staff at this Tisol recognize us the moment we come in with our dog. They are so helpful and very knowledgeable. Although we live in Surrey, this is our go-to pet store simply because the staff are so lovely! Special thank you to Christine for all of her knowledge in helping us find a suitable dehydrated dog food for our 120lb dog.

Best raw food selection for cats & dogs I've found in Vancouver. Also good selection of fish & bird supplies. They even have a chicken coop.

The staff here were so nice. As soon as I looked lost someone came up and helped me out. I was looking for a key ring for my dogs collar and they were kind enough to replace it for free. Ended up looking around and purchasing because of the good customer service. Keep it up!

Big layout/plan to the store, less cluttered than the other Tisols around town, so it's easier for me to walk my dogs around the store and have a better chance to minimize any confrontations with my reactive Havanese. Service is good, as is the pricing and freshness of store stock. Staff is knowledgeable.
