Recently made the switch from another local pet supply store to this one. Impressed by their selection of dog food, chew toys and other accessories. Prices are reasonable and staff are friendly, knowledgeable. Recommend signing up for their free points reward program. Attentiveness of staff depends on who you get that day.

Super rad staff and options for my needs, I've been a regular for over a year now, and decided to finally put a review here for them. They are willing to bring in product for a pet they don't normally supply for, that is above and beyond customer care.

Used to shop at Tisol or PetSmart. After one visit, this is now my go-to store for my dog. All the best Canadian brands, and very helpful staff :)
