Kensington Pet Food Plus

Very friendly neighbourhood store. They are very helpful. My dog used to pull a lot when walking. They showed me how to choose a harness and what to do when my dog pulls. My dog is walking perfectly well now. And he loves their dog food!!

Everyone here is so sweet. Plenty of regulars who bring by their dogs, who the staff seem to really care about. Always friendly good service and a good selection of toys, food, furniture, etc. I stop by often.

Seems like there was a change of ownership recently but even better service and selections. They even offered me a free can of cat food when they ran out of stock on my usual selection. The big dog the owner brings in occasionally is a must-see. They seem to know a lot about both cats and dogs as they own both of them (unusual!). I highly recommend this place over bigger chains if you are looking for a small family-run pet shop with large selections and friendly service!
