I had excellent service from Ira, Greta and Coley. I think Coley saved our lizard BEFORE we went to the vet, who ordered force-feeding. Thank you so much for the wonderful advice and caring so much! Very knowledgeable service! It is 5 stars!
Great pet store with a decent selection of products. I mainly come here for crickets for my gecko. Two staff members here are just outstanding. a very friendly and cheerful cashier black hair and a young asian woman in the fish/cricket area. They are so nice!
The cashier who I spoke to was awesome. Black hair I honestly forget her name but I was having an absolutely awful day and she made my day socially satisfying which is very rare for me. Was there to get flea treatment right before closing. It's those interactions that can just make my whole week. I'll always remember that positive interaction. Also here are my snails I bred from PetSmart mystery snails!!! Genes=
Manager closing the store today locked me out 2 minutes prior to closing even showed her my phone. I’m not one to complain especially about 2 minutes but since I will be going home to hungry cats, I don’t feel bad about this one.nnI will no longer purchase my 80$ cat food at this location, or for any petsmart for that matter.
I love shopping at Petsmart for all my cat needs! This pet shop has everything you could possibly need in one place, making it super convenient. The staff is always helpful and friendly, which adds to the overall positive experience. It's my go-to pet store, and I'm always happy with my visits.
