I have been going to this Tisol for years, their selection is average but they are also in my neighborhood and usually have the products I am looking for. Previous to a few weeks ago I would have given this store a higher rating. Unfortunately they have a staff member who has repeatedly approached me and immediately, without asking for permission, had her hands all over my dogs. Even children no better than to approach or pet a dog without first asking for permission. Both times I asked her why she thought that was appropriate and both times I got no answers.

There's always someone there to help. Friendly attitude and clean well organized. The store always has what Im looking for.
