I had a gentleman named Cole help me find an outfit for my sons grad. He was extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable! He was happy to help within my budget. Absolutely EXCELLENT customer service!! I was thoroughly impressed!!! Thank you Cole!

Ordered a suit for a wedding through the store manager Waqas Rashid and they forgot to order it even though i paid 100% upfront. I called multiple times in advance asking where it and was told he would call me back. 2 days before the wedding they admitted they forgot to order it but it will be at the store at 8am i took the day off work to get it but the Waqas never showed up so another employee did he best to help me out. But the manager Waqas never rush ordered my suit. Just regular 1 day mail which ended up being around 4 in the afternoon, Which made me late for the rehearsal at 530, 2 hours away. I compalined directly to the store manager asking for my money back, but again he said he needs to call me back because the owner Al needs to decide. Ive spoken to Waqas twice on the phone about my refund and he always says he will call me right back and hangs up on me.

Used to have great customer service, last couple visits weren't as great. Still good selection of men's dress and casual shirts.
