Hudson's Bay

Hello everyone! I usually do shopping in this store,its always good deal! When you don't know what need for you or where you can get some clothes sales person Nataly,she is working at Woman's wear ALWAYS helpful. She is very good personality ,she knows store's purchase very well.

I've always bought my clothes from HBC, first day I go to men's fragrance department I get treated like trash. A new trainee was helping find cologne with her manager standing behind helping her through the process. When I found the cologne I liked I was given the wrong price(no big deal). The manager became confrontational after I asked for the correct price. Didn't end up buying the cologne because I don't support that type of customer service especially from the management team. HBC is a beautiful century year old company but stay clear of the men's fragrance department.

Good prices, clean store and lots of associates there to help you. Layout of the store is very confusing. Had to walk around the entire store 1 and half times just to find thr section I was looking for. Signs should be implemented to make what you're looking for easier.

Layout is a bit confusing. There was only 2 people on in the Shoe department (which seems odd considering it was a long weekend). By the time I got to talk to someone, first the clerk told me they had half sizes, and then said that they didn't. She then told me they don't carry my size in store (only online). She did offer to order it for me which was cool..., but failed to mention that I had to pay with credit card in store because the ordering system is based off of the website. I couldn't even use my gift card to pay for part of it. Just felt like a complete waste of time going to this location.

Love the place. They have lot of collections. Best part is most of them are on sale🤩
